Bought a wagoneer from them almost a year ago and it has been in the shop for almost that long . Broke down the next day and left my wife on the side of the highway. They have done nothing to make this right or fix this situation have called multiple times and always been told they can't do anything to help out or to make this right. Not good service and not good business.

Bought a van less than a year ago, Ryan Gaines was the salesman. However, this has been nuts, we laid 9k down on the van. Still paying for it. It has spent more time broke down than anything. After spending $95,000 on a new vehicle with them a few years ago, I am very disappointed in the poor service recently provided. I took my vehicle to Sam Lehman's service for detailing. They charged $350. It appears they simply washed the exterior and vacuumed the floor mats. None of the inside of the vehicle was cleaned, nor the inside of the door, glass, etc. More like a $10 car wash and $5 vacuum. So very very disappointed. And worst the service person seemed clueless as to what detailing means. She took a few pictures but refused to provide a refund. DO NOT ...

I told them not to submit my financing because I was going to check with my local bank and see if I could get financing through them. The sales management at the Sam Leman CDJR Peoria location is utterly horrible and that is an understatement. After purchasing a brand new $74K vehicle which turned out to be unrepairable and actually made worse by their service department after multiple attempts at resolving the issue and scratching the wheels, door sill and door panel, the manufacturer bought it back. They didn’t even deserve a 1 star! They lie to the customer just to get a sale! The sales person (have other choice name but not allowed to use) refused to give a definitive answer on who the finance company was or the percentage rate! She lied the whole time knowing full well the percentage rate & the finance company! They also lie & say there is no co-signer! My oil change on Saturday (10/3 at 9:30am) turned into a circus of unforeseen incompetence and ineptitude. Let's start with the oil change itself which ended with a trail of oil up my driveway leading to a pool of oil underneath my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. I was able to call and setup an appointment for a vehicle I saw online. Adam Lentz was professional, efficient, and did not waste my time trying to upsell me or make promises he could not deliver. I would recommend Sam Leman for honest car prices and for shopping around for better interest rates on loans. The only thing that did NOT make this a 5 Star review was the lack of customer amenities in their customer lounge that you are seeing at other dealerships. But that should NOT deter you from working with honest people.

These guys ran my credit and found a lienholder that was way over a legit rate. I had a small down payment but didnt have it with me at the time, and because the rate was very high I felt rushed. I took my 03 Dodge Sprinter to Peoria location for a recall and decided to have glow plugs changed and general service done. They broke 3 of the 5 glow plugs and tried to charge me an additional $1900. to fix their incompetence.They have been very arrogant and refuse to even admit partial responsibility.I had to get an attorney to resolve the issue. Nine weeks and now waiting for a court date. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU CONSIDER THEM FOR ANY SERVICE WORK ON A DODGE SPRINTER.
