Adam Lentz is amazing, not much more I can say than he is a class act and made the buying experience so easy. He even made sure to get a dent they we found taken care of and has been 110% available any time we need him. I worked with Ryan on purchasing a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica. The transaction went extremely smooth and we had worked out all the details before I even set foot in the dealership. There were no surprises or hidden fees that I have seen with other dealerships. Additionally, Ryan's communication was excellent, and we were able to come to an agreement via texting (which I prefer). I would definitely recommend as well as return for future purchases.

had a good experience with the team -- Isaac was very helpful in getting everything I needed! Melinda helped set up my test drive. They were able to work with me being out of state and having to come back later to pick up the car and even helped me out with some additional questions I had after the fact. Everyone was very kind and polite and I was able to get in and out with exactly the car I wanted in very little time!

He was patient with all my questions, did not mind that I came with multiple vehicles I wanted to test drive, nor did he make a big deal with how many folks were there for me. I thought that the paperwork would be ready for me when I got there. It was not, had to wait approximately 1/2 hour. Came from Wisconsin to pick up my car. Everyone was pleasant, and love having a Camaro again! Price was fair.

Not even giving a half star! Drove over an hour to see a vehicle that was supposedly on the lot however 20 minutes before I arrive, I receive a text someone is out driving the car and possibly purchasing. The car is still listed as available today on the website. Sounds like BAIT to me.

Started with a covered head gasket repair, where they failed to replace spark plugs, messed up engine timing, etc. Weeks later the van was misfiring again and they tried to charge us to replace spark plugs while claiming one spark plug was wrong for the vehicle (the same one they noted was removed to scope the engine in the previous repair). Ended up replacing for “goodwill” when really it was an incompetent and faulty repair.
