Not even giving a half star! Drove over an hour to see a vehicle that was supposedly on the lot however 20 minutes before I arrive, I receive a text someone is out driving the car and possibly purchasing. The car is still listed as available today on the website. Sounds like BAIT to me.

Started with a covered head gasket repair, where they failed to replace spark plugs, messed up engine timing, etc. Weeks later the van was misfiring again and they tried to charge us to replace spark plugs while claiming one spark plug was wrong for the vehicle (the same one they noted was removed to scope the engine in the previous repair). Ended up replacing for “goodwill” when really it was an incompetent and faulty repair. I recently worked with Ryan on the purchase of a ProMaster EV and the experience was excellent. The transaction took nearly three weeks on my end to get fully settled, but Ryan stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process. I told him what i was looking for and he found me multiple options, was polite about staying in my budget l, but also told me about some good deals that were a little above my budget (but was not pushy). He was busy helping multiple customers at once but was always there when i needed him. Seemed like a hard worker to me.

recently purchased a 2026 RAM Laramie from the Peoria location and all went nice and smooth. They kept to their advertised price and all rebates and discounts applied. Noted some scratches on hood from brush vs sponge. They did not have any issues fixing that for me. Sales man, Andrew, was very laid back and easy to work with.
